3. Upload their name and pictures (make sure the picture follows the photo guidelines)
You may upload a picture with them all together or seperate images.
The quality of your images will determine the quality of your portrait.

Products will be shipped within 7 business days.
Exceptions apply when a replacement image is requested.

Autumn Fun
Please be aware that each portrait is custom made, and due to this we can not accept returns or refunds once the product is made. If you have received the wrong product or your item was damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will replace your portrait.
If the picture provided does not meet the image guidelines, we will contact you via email within a few days of the purchase and request a replacement image.
If the image guidelines are not met after revision, we do not take responsibility for the condition of the portrait. If the image you provided was of poor quality, we cannot ensure the portrait will be optimal.
In the instance the image provided is too poor to utilise in the portrait and no higher-quality image is provided upon request, a refund will be granted.
The portrait will not be created until the buyer provides a replacement image in response to our email.
If your paw mate is no longer with you, we completely understand if your image does not meet the guidelines. We will try everything we can to make the image work. In the instance where the picture quality is unable to produce an adequate portrait, we are happy to provide a refund.
